This Privacy Policy explains what information SiteGuild (“we,” “us,” or “I”) collects when you use siteguild.io, why we collect it, and what we do with it. SiteGuild is a small independent SEO consulting service. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the business.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, website URL, and the message you write. When you book an intro call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com on our behalf, which collects your name, email, and the time you choose. We use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare for the call, and provide the service you asked about.
Information collected automatically
We may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through privacy-respecting analytics. This is used in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the site. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted processors to operate: Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for sending email notifications from the contact form, and our hosting provider. These services process your data only as needed to perform their function and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We retain contact and booking information for as long as needed to correspond with you and for our legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided. To do so, email us at hello@siteguild.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.
