These terms govern your use of the SiteGuild website at siteguild.io and any consulting services you engage us for. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.
What SiteGuild provides
SiteGuild offers SEO and website consulting for small businesses: diagnostic reports, advice, and, where agreed, hands-on fixes. The free intro call is exactly that — an introductory conversation with no obligation to purchase anything.
No guaranteed results
SEO and search rankings depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and your market. We bring experience and a clear plan, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue. Any examples discussed are illustrative, not promises.
Scope and payment
Paid work is scoped together before it begins. The deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are agreed in writing (including by email) before work starts. Payment terms are set out at that time. You are responsible for providing timely access and information needed to do the work.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to request changes to any website or account you give us access to. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for any content you provide. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms (such as Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace) or from changes made by others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SiteGuild’s total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property
Reports and recommendations we deliver are for your business’s use. The content and branding of this website remain the property of SiteGuild.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
